1. WBCheck is an advisory aid — not a certified source

WBCheck helps you estimate weight, balance and performance from published model reference data plus the adjustments you enter. It is not a substitute for the official weight-and-balance computation in your aircraft's Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) or Approved Flight Manual, nor for its current weighing record. Model figures are starting points and may differ from your specific airframe. You must verify every result against the POH and your aircraft's actual weighing record before flight. The pilot in command is the final authority for the safe loading and operation of the aircraft.

2. No warranty

WBCheck is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free or that the app will be uninterrupted or available offline in every situation.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBCheck and its author are not liable for any damages, losses, injury or claims arising from the use of, or reliance on, the app or its outputs — including any operational decision made using the app. You use WBCheck at your own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

New installs include a free 7-day trial that unlocks the full fleet. After the trial, each aircraft can be unlocked as a one-time, non-consumable purchase you keep, or you can subscribe to WBCheck Pro — an auto-renewing annual subscription (USD 29.99/year) that unlocks all aircraft, custom POH-based profiles and future models.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Purchases are processed and any refunds are handled by the App Store under Apple's terms. Use of the licensed application is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Use WBCheck only for lawful preflight planning. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent its outputs as an official or certified weight-and-balance record.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
